Our company policy is to show up promptly, remove and dispose of the old water heater, install the new one and file all necessary permit work with the town.
The Water Heater brand we recommend is Bradford White. But we can get and install any other brand if you prefer.

Regular maintenance for your water heater will keep it in tiptop shape. Yearly inspections can help identify any leaks, corrosion and wear.
The temperature settings should also be checked regularly. The EPA recommends setting your water heater temperature to 120 degrees Fahrenheit for maximum efficiency. This is also the preferred setting to avoid accidental scalding in houses where babies, young children and elderly people live. However, if you prefer hotter water, particularly during the cooler months, you can set your water heater at 140 degrees.
